This book contains pictures and text describing today's interventional devices, mainly used for coronary chronic total occlusion and complex percutaneous interventions.

The third edition is updated with new devices, tips and tricks, and corrections. It has eight Chapters. 

The first six chapters describe various groups of interventional devices: PTCA guidewires, Microcatheters, Special / Dual-lumen microcatheters, Guide-extension catheters, special low-profile balloons, and other specific devices. 

Each device is described with a picture/illustration accompanied by a detailed design and construction overview. On the second page, each device is accompanied by a detailed description of its purpose, enriched with practical tips and tricks. These insights, gleaned from years of collective knowledge and experience among operators, are designed to enhance your understanding and application of the devices.

The book's third edition introduces two new chapters. 

Chapter 7, „CTO&CHIP techniques“ describes 70+ techniques accompanied by high-quality pictures and step-by-step instructions. 

Chapter 8 contains numerous tables, scores, device compatibility charts, and others, providing additional content for you to explore.
